Yoga for Beginners
Level 1 (more relaxing for all levels). If you have never taken a Yoga class or maybe just know a few of the Asanas (Yoga Poses) then this class is for you. It will introduce you to a variety of poses and some of the philosophy of the practice of Yoga. This class focuses strongly on alignment and breath.
This class is for Levels1.5 and up Moving through the Asanas with breath and alignment focus, each class has a specifically designed sequence to ultimately open the body and relax the mind. This class is recommended for students that have practiced Yoga before and want to begin to increase their stamina in the poses by holding the poses for longer periods of time as well as going deeper in the practice of each pose. In short, this class is for people that want to take it to the next level of beginner to full fledged dedicated Yoga student. Feel free to ask me questions if you are not sure about this class being right for you.
All levels welcome. This class is for Yoga students that want a low impact class that focuses strongly on alignment and movement. While also good for beginners this class will require the student to be in the poses for a minimum of 1-2.5 minutes. This class is about building strength, focus, awareness and structure; allowing the student to become strong and well grounded. Anyone with injuries, over 50 and beginners are welcome to take this class as well.
Heated Power Vinyasa 85+Degrees – NOT a Beginner’s Class
Level 2 or higher. This class is for the advanced Yoga practitioner as well as those that want to up their strength. Fast, frequent transitions and constant movement will require you to stay focused and stable. Please note that these classes tend to be 50 minutes of non-stop movement with breath and body together as one. 10 minutes for slowing down and savoring the last pose of almost all sequences, Savasana (Reclining Resting Pose aka Corpse Pose). You will sweat so please bring your own mat and a towel:) Also, feel free to bring a water bottle!
Power Vinyasa – NOT a Beginner’s Class
Level 2 or higher. Flow is a graceful blend of alignment principles and Vinyasa. Meditation in motion emphasizes an awareness of breath by linking breath with the postures. These classes move along more fluidly than an Alignment or Intro Vinyasa class and are not a set series of postures such as Ashtanga or Bikram. Fast flowing sequence that is sure to challenge you and leave you feeling seriously worked out and sweaty. NOT for the person that wants a slower style class.
All levels welcome. This practice is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. We use props to support the postures, while gently stretching and strengthening the body. This class is appropriate for students of all levels. Props are provided by the studio.
Work Week Wind Down

Just what you need to let work go and get ready for the weekend! This class is appropriate for students of all levels. Props are provided by the studio.
